Who we are

StateMentor is operated by Fully Coded Solutions Limited. If your account was created through your force or training provider, that organisation decides who is enrolled, what training is assigned, and how long training records are kept; we operate the platform on their behalf. For individual accounts, we are responsible for your data.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, username and password (stored hashed), and your organisation membership and role if you have one.
• Training activity: scenario attempts, the questions you ask, the statements you write, checklist activity, scores and feedback, and course progress.
• Integrity signals: basic writing telemetry during assessed work, such as paste events. These create flags for a human trainer to review; they never trigger automatic accusations.
• Technical records: sign-in events, security codes for two-step verification, and server logs needed to keep the service secure.

How we use it

To run your training, produce feedback, let trainers review and release marking, report cohort progress to your organisation, and keep accounts secure. Statements and answers you write are processed by an AI marking service solely to generate the feedback shown to you and your trainer, they are not used to advertise to you, and we do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

Organisation training records are retained under your organisation's instructions; deactivating a member preserves their history while freeing their seat. You have the rights set out in UK data protection law, including access, correction and erasure. Organisation members should raise requests with their trainer or supervisor first; anyone can contact us directly.

Cookies

StateMentor uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms against forgery. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, which sets its own cookies and records a shortened version of your IP address. There are no advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

A note on training content

Every scenario, witness and exhibit on StateMentor is fictional. Our acceptable use policy requires that no real operational information or real personal data is ever entered into training work, which keeps the platform free of live case material by design.
